Automated Semantic Analysis Recommends Content That Matches Contacts' Interests to Deepen Relationships on Social Networks, Simplify Social for Advisors

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 13, 2014) - Social media compliance and marketing experts, Socialware, today announced new advanced natural language processing functionality, available immediately. This new functionality "reads" content that is available for advisors to share on social networks and, based on a semantic analysis of their contact's interests in their social profile, recommends which content be sent to whom. With this new capability, advisors can share recommended content that is specific to an individual's likes and interests based on the information in their social profile. Using a unique algorithm, the Socialware platform recommends content of interest that an advisor can share through email or social messaging, directly from the Socialware platform. Advisors can set reminders to connect with contacts regularly to stay top of mind, and they can view a dashboard of metrics to track effectiveness of the content they share. This new capability is designed for the mobile social advisor and can be used compliantly from a phone, tablet or desktop computer.
