Socialware Announces Q1 Release of Its Social Business Platform

Latest Product Update Includes Enhanced Review, Content Organization Capabilities

The first quarter 2014 focused on key developments to enhance review capabilities for compliance and to make content organization even easier for marketers. Enhanced Review and Moderation
Socialware's new Enhanced Review and Moderation functionality extends the current moderation functionality Socialware's platform already offers. The new enhancements include Multi-Step Review, which allows for multiple levels of review and approval of profiles and status updates. This new capability enables firms to more easily manage oversight of profiles and content across large-scale deployments. Existing moderation capabilities also have been enhanced to include comprehensive in-line editing and support for auto-generated compliance ID tags. All of these improvements make it easier for compliance to review and approve the social activity of large groups of advisors and shortens the approval cycles for advisors as they onboard onto social.

Improved content hierarchies and segmentation make it easier for advisors to navigate and search for the information and posts they want to share.
