Designed as a comprehensive program focusing on the fundamentals of corporate governance and the role of the corporate secretary in large, mid and small cap companies, "Essentials 2016" will provide a solid framework, practical tips and timely information on overseeing the responsibilities of the corporate secretary's office at public and private companies.
