Society of Chest Pain Centers Appoints Brian Triplett as CEO

COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwire - October 16, 2009) - The Society of Chest Pain Centers (, an international non-profit focused on improving care for cardiac patients, has announced the appointment of Brian Triplett, R.N., M.P.H , to the role of CEO. Mr. Triplett brings over 25 years of healthcare administration and consulting to the Society. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall strategy for growth and leadership of the Society.

Mr. Triplett's most recent experience includes serving as a Consultant and Partner with Healthcare Management & Insurance Consulting group, where he advised clients on profitability, practice management and technology improvement. He also served as Administrator/CEO of Main Line Surgeons, Ltd, where he managed a physician practice in and was responsible for operations and P&L.

Triplett earned Master of Public Health with a concentration in Hospital Administration from Yale School of Medicine, and a B.S., cum laude, with a double major in Business and Healthcare Administration from Alfred University School of Business Administration.
