Softchoice U.S. Achieves Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence

Company's Canadian Operations Earns Multiple Cisco Partner Designations

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 16, 2011) - Softchoice Corporation (TSX:SO), a leading North American provider of IT solutions and services, has once again earned top marks from customers through Cisco's Customer Satisfaction Excellence Program. The Customer Satisfaction Excellence distinction is the highest a partner can achieve within the Cisco channel partner community.

The Channel Partner Customer Satisfaction Excellence program is designed to assess partners on a range of measures, including overall customer satisfaction with the services performed, the level of knowledge and support from pre-sales and account team personnel, and the partner's ability to match the right Cisco solutions to the customer's business needs. Softchoice not only surpassed the minimum number of survey responses but also received overall scores in the 90th percentile.

In Canada, Softchoice recently expanded its Cisco offerings with two new partner designations:

ATP - Data Center Unified Computing Partner
  Softchoice successfully met the requirements to earn the unified computing designation. Specifically, this acknowledges Softchoice's ability to design, implement, and support unified computing solutions on behalf of Canadian organizations.
Advanced Unified Communications Specialization
  In meeting the requirements for Cisco's Advanced Unified Communications Specialization, Softchoice has successfully demonstrated the knowledge and expertise to deliver comprehensive unified communications solutions.
