Solar Acquisition Corp. Announces Establishment of Bio-Fuels Subsidiary; Expansion of Business Focus

ANN ARBOR, MI--(Marketwire - December 13, 2010) - Solar Acquisition Corp. (OTCBB: SLRX) is pleased to announce the formation of its bio-fuels division via its newly established wholly-owned subsidiary B151, Inc.

"Bio-fuels derived from biomass, and advanced bio-fuels are becoming a strategically important focus, for US State governments, the EPA and governments internationally. Between the existing and anticipated mandates for bio-fuel blends, it is our view that now is a great time to begin focusing on meeting the future demand for renewable biofuels," said Bruce Levy, a director of Solar Acquisition Corp.

The subsidiary, B151, Inc., will focus on producing B100 (a form of pure biodiesel), at an anticipated cost below that of competing producers for sale to downstream blenders and refiners to blend with traditional fossil fuel-based diesel.
