Solar Energy Initiatives Announces That Solar Park Initiatives S-1A Registration Declared Effective by SEC

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - January 27, 2011) - Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. (OTCBB: SNRY), with businesses in solar project development, distribution and workforce training, today announced that the S-1A Registration Statement for distribution of shares from the previously announced spin-off has been declared effective by the SEC on January 26, 2011. The distribution of the shares will begin ASAP and all shareholders will receive their shares within 30 days. All SNRY shareholders of record as of December 1, 2010 will receive one share of Solar Park Initiatives (OTCBB: SOPV) for every two shares they own of SNRY.
