Solarbrook Begins Due Diligence to Acquire a Private Water Treatment Company

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - December 15, 2009) - Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) announces that the company was approached in November by the owners of a private water treatment corporation with an offer to purchase their company. Solarbrook's Board of Directors contacted the major stock holders, and after discussions agreed to proceed with due diligences and negations on the purchase.

The addition of patents, trained staff, sales network, as well as new water treatment application is seen as benefits to the Solarbrook portfolio. Solarbrook feels the due diligence and negations process will be finished the week of December 14, and will announce the decision and detail information on the purchase in the next weeks.
