SolarBrook Water and Power Signs Agreement With Action Universal Corporation

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - March 23, 2010) -  SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation (SolarBrook) (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products, announced today they've signed a licensing agreement with Action Universal Corporation (AUC), a Chinese company located in Hong Kong. The licensing agreement signed on February 22, 2010, covers the entire SolarBrook product line and will give AUC sales rights in China, Taiwan and Vietnam. AUC is currently doing business in Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong.

In addition, SolarBrook will allow the manufacturing of products in China thus controlling issues of shipping costs, while giving the company additional manufacturers. The first products to be marketed in China will be the AquaClens™ system for use in residential settings, followed by filters and wastewater treatment systems in the third quarter of this year.

"We are pleased to have this agreement with AUC and are looking forward to the start of the marketing and sales program in Asia," commented George Moore, CEO of SolarBrook Water. "This agreement will allow SolarBrook to work with an organization already active in Asian sales, and familiar with the requirements needed to be successful in that market. They will also give us additional sources to manufacture products for both US and Asian markets. We see this as a long term growth benefit for our company."
