SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation and MATHESON Announce Strategic Marketing Agreement

CARY, NC and BASKING RIDGE, NJ--(Marketwire - September 22, 2010) -  MATHESON and SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) announce they have entered into a strategic and marketing alliance for serving the water treatment market.

The alliance with SolarBrook broadens MATHESON's product and services offering to the water treatment industry by building on SolarBrook's patented technology and vast experience in efficient sludge and odor treatment for process, wastewater and municipal water and MATHESON's nationwide reach and expertise in oxygen and ozone supply and on-site generation.
