Solarflare to Speak at Linux Foundation Enterprise End User Summit

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - May 14, 2013) - Solarflare, the leading provider of application-intelligent networking I/O, today announced Davor Frank, senior solutions architect, will speak at the Linux Foundation Enterprise End User Summit.

Frank will address Solarflare's architecture for Linux KVM networking that allows guest kernels to securely access the networking hardware, while preserving support for migration. During Frank's presentation, attendees will learn how implementation reduces networking overheads considerably because the host domain is removed as a bottleneck, which greatly improves performance. The audience will understand how the same technology is used to grant direct network access to user-level applications, providing greater efficiency in terms of bandwidth, latency and CPU utilization.
