Soldi Ventures Inc. Commences Exploration on the Flint Lake Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 17, 2010) - Soldi Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SOV) (Soldi) announces the commencement of a surface exploration program on the Flint Lake property. The property consists of two proximal, although non-contiguous blocks covering 1,216 hectares (3,040 acres) in 14 claims. The road-accessible Flint Lake property is located in the Kenora Mining Division of Ontario, roughly 70 kilometres southeast of the City of Kenora, Ontario.

The two blocks cover a sizable portion of the district-scale Pipestone – Cameron Fault Zone, associated with several previously delineated gold deposits, the largest of which is the Cameron Lake deposit (3.1 million tonnes at 0.17 oz/ton, determined prior to the establishment of NI 43-101 reporting standards).

The western block hosts the Meahan gold showing, returning historical values up to 1.96 oz/ton from a 0.5-metre wide quartz vein with visible gold. The Meahan Showing occurs along the same shear zone hosting the Dubenski gold deposit, with a NI 43-101-verifiable Indicated Resource of 177,400 tonnes grading 7.32 g/t.

The program on the western block will consist of systematic soil sampling along a refurbished cut grid, as well as geological mapping and due-diligence style sampling of the Meahan Showing. A similar exploration program will also be done across the eastern block. The objective of the surface program is to establish targets for diamond drilling later in 2010.

Carl Schulze, BSc, PGeo, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has approved the technical content of this news release.
