Soldi Ventures Inc. Hires Investor Relations Contractor Out of Quebec, Canada

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2011) - Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) reports that it has contracted Louis Morin out of LaSalle, Quebec to perform Investor Relations services.

He will design and implement a bilingual investor communications program and manage shareholder inquiries. He will initiate contact with retail and institutional brokers in the greater Montreal area and participate in road shows in areas where suited. He will promote Soldi through his own private network and assist with marketing material conceptualization.

Louis Morin will be paid $6,000 per month (plus G.S.T. and Q.S.T.) plus an additional 250,000 options vested in 25% increments per quarter as per TSX policies.

Soldi Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SOV) is a Canadian Exploration Company focused on discovering world class gold deposits in politically safe jurisdictions.
