Soldi Ventures Inc. Mobilizes Drill to the Rainy River Land Package

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2011) - Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) reports that Discovery Diamond Drilling Ltd., out of Morinville AB, has mobilized a drill to the Cameron Lake Blocks to begin a 2,500 metre diamond drilling program on its Rainy River and Cameron Lake claims in northwestern Ontario. Soldi expects drilling to begin within one week's time.

The main target on Cameron Lake Block "B" is the Dubenski shear, which hosts gold mineralization on the adjacent property. Ice conditions are unsuitable for drilling from the lake, and holes have been laid out to test the shear from the shore.

Drill targets have been defined on Rainy River Blocks "A" and "C" by processing and modeling of airborne magnetic and VTEM® survey data by Condor Consulting Inc. These targets are coincident magnetic and electromagnetic anomalies that have all the characteristics of potentially mineralized sulphide zones.

Technical information in this news release has been prepared by Colin Bowdidge, Ph.D., P.Geo., Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101 for Soldi.
