Soldi Ventures Inc. Plans for Extensive Drill Program This Winter to Test High Priority Targets as Determined by Airborne

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 27, 2011) - Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) reports that the company is planning a winter diamond drilling program on its Rainy River and Cameron Lake claims in northwestern Ontario. Drill targets have been selected on Cameron Lake Block "B", for Cameron Lake Block "A", and for three of Soldi's four Rainy River claim groups, contingent on processing and interpretation of the results of the recently completed VTEM® airborne survey.

The target for drilling on Cameron Lake Block "B" is the Dubenski shear zone, a 75 metre wide zone of shearing and alteration that hosts gold mineralization on adjacent claims to the west. A 750 metre length of this structure lies under Flint Lake, and the proposed drill program will initially comprise four holes of 250 metres each to test its full width.

In addition to the Dubenski shear, the recent VTEM® airborne survey has located eight conductive zones on the Cameron Lake claims, two on Block "B" and six on Block "A". These are all weakly conductive zones that might reflect shear zones or lake-bottom sediments. Condor Consulting Inc. is interpreting the survey data, and any conductors that appear to have a bedrock source will also be tested in the upcoming drill program.

On Rainy River Blocks "A" and "D", which lie in the "clay belt", the VTEM® data are being processed by Condor Consulting Inc. to determine which conductive responses are due to bedrock sources. A drill program will be designed to test the resulting anomalies.

Rainy River Block "C" is a small claim group with one well-defined VTEM® conductor that appears to be offset by a north-south cross fault. This target lies in low ground along a river system; hence surface work is unlikely to add any information. The anomaly will also be tested in the planned drilling program.

Rainy River Block "B", which is the largest claim group in Soldi's property portfolio, has numerous VTEM® anomalies. It also has historic exploration indicating gold occurrences and lake-sediment geochemical anomalies in copper, zinc, silver and gold. The government-mapped geology indicates an environment that is favourable for both gold and volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) mineralization. Soldi plans to carry out a summer program of mapping and prospecting to evaluate this property, to be followed by drilling of selected targets.
