(TSX VENTURE:SGB) ("Solegear" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Salil Munjal, Paul Antoniadis, Jim Zadra and Michael Thomson were re-elected as directors of the Company at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company (the "Meeting") held on September 26, 2016. All other matters put forward to shareholders at the Meeting were also approved, including setting the number of directors at four, the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company's auditors, and the ratification and approval of the Company's existing incentive stock option plan.
