About Solex Resources Corp.

Solex is an exploration company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in South America. The Company has three principal projects:

1. Macusani: In 2005, Solex announced it had entered into a $4 Million joint venture agreement with Frontier Pacific Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FRP) on its 31,100 hectare uranium Macusani project situated in Puno, Peru. Selected representative grab samples taken from various prospects within the project area returned values between 1.5% and 28% uranium. Detailed mapping of uranium occurrences on 52 claimed properties over 50 known prospects, channel sampling, and radiometric surveys are underway on the property.

2. Pilunani: The Company is also actively focusing its efforts on its Pilunani property in southern Peru. Initial work on the property has resulted in the identification of high grade zinc and lead mineralization (up to an indicated 35% combined metal content). Solex is actively undertaking an exploration program at the Pilunani property, consisting of detailed stratigraphy mapping and geophysical gravity surveys to define the limits of mineralization and to identify drill targets. The work completed to date has identified several drill targets on the property.

3. Vilcabamba: The Vilcabamba district is located within the Cordillera Oriental of the Andes in southern Peru. This area had previously been explored by a German geological mission, working with the Peruvian Atomic Commission (GMAPC) during the period 1959 to 1967. This work had defined grades of up to 3.9% lead, 8.9% nickel, 67 ozs/tonne silver and 17% uranium in the subject area. Solex has initiated an exploration program consisting of rock chip and channel sampling, geological mapping, and angle hole diamond core drilling.
