Solium Announces Intention to Make a Normal Course Issuer Bid

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 30, 2006) - Solium Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SUM) ("Solium" or the "Corporation") advises that it intends to make a normal course issuer bid through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Subject to regulatory approvals, up to 1,430,111 common shares, representing approximately 5% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Solium, may be purchased during the twelve month period commencing December 6, 2006 and ending on December 5, 2007 at a price equal to the market price of such shares at the time of acquisition. All common shares purchased by the Corporation will be cancelled. The normal course issuer bid will be funded by Solium's existing working capital. Canaccord Capital Corporation will conduct the normal course issuer bid on behalf of Solium.

The directors and management believe that the current market price does not properly reflect the underlying value of the common shares of the Corporation. The normal course issuer bid is intended to provide liquidity for those shareholders who wish to dispose of their common shares, and to enhance the potential future value of the common shares of the Corporation which remain outstanding.

The Corporation has filed a notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid (the "Notice") with the TSX Venture Exchange, and shareholders may obtain a copy of the Notice, without charge, by contacting the Corporation.
