Solutions in Software, Inc. Announces Name Change to LUCID IQ

New Name Reflects Growth and Direction of Lucid IQ's Workflow and Information Management Solutions

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 4, 2006 -- Solutions in Software, Inc., a leading provider of workflow and information management solutions, today announced that its Board approved its new corporate DBA, Lucid IQ.

Incorporated in 1999, Lucid IQ immediately set to work resolving longstanding problems in the legal market applying case management systems to large-scale litigation including asbestos mass tort. Within two years their system was the backbone of two of the largest mass tort firms in the world: Motley-Rice and Brayton-Purcell. By 2003 Lucid IQ incorporated its web and data capabilities into an enterprise solution literally managing millions of cases and claims nationally for clients including GMAC, Hunton & Williams, and McDermott, Will & Emery.

Lucid IQ continues to build on their many market-changing innovations developed over the last seven years.
