Solutions4CO2 Inc. Signs 'Design Build and Maintain' Agreement for Global Facilities

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 30, 2012) - Solutions4CO2 Inc. ("S4CO2") (TSX VENTURE:SFC), a Canadian waste gas/water to co-products company, is pleased to announce it has signed a long term agreement to design, build and maintain CO2 gas capture, infusion, control and monitoring systems for BARD Holding, Inc. The planned facilities will combine the leading technologies of S4CO2 and BARD to capture waste CO2 gas streams from local emitters to grow microalgae that will be further processed into high value co-products such as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, biofuels, bioplastics, animal and aqua feeds.

Under the terms of the agreement S4CO2 will:

  • Design the gas capture and infusion components for all BARD facilities globally
  • Supply and install the highly efficient S4CO2 'Gas Capture and Infusion System' for all BARD facilities globally
  • Maintain the system at each facility for a period of 15 years
