Solvista Gold Corporation ("Solvista" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SVV)(OTCQX:SVVZF) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a best efforts non-brokered private placement financing of up to 8,333,333 units ("Units") at a price of $0.60 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000 (the "Offering").
Each Unit consists of one common share ("Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrant") of Solvista. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share for $0.75 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the financing.
The proceeds of the Offering will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes. The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a statutory four month and one day hold period. The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
