Somerset International Featured on CBS Affiliate WIPR

Coverage Focuses on Personal Alarm Locator

BEDMINSTER, NJ--(Marketwire - February 25, 2008) - Somerset International Group, Inc. (OTCBB: SOSI) (, a security technology holding company, was recently featured in a segment on the five o'clock news on Rockford, Illinois CBS affiliate WIFR.

The segment, which examined how schools are attempting to avoid campus violence by implementing improved security precautions, highlighted CAMPUS SECURE from Secure System, a subsidiary of Somerset. This security system provides a small keyfob with a panic button to every user; when the button is pressed, a proprietary location system instantly gives security officials the identity and the location of the device's subscriber and help is immediately dispatched.

CAMPUS SECURE has already been successfully implemented at the University of Bridgeport, in Connecticut. Consequently, in 2003 the school was honored with the prestigious Jeanne Clery Award in recognition of its effective use of cutting-edge technologies to greatly improve campus safety.

"The device can reduce crime drastically at colleges, universities, and other large public areas such as medical facilities and corporate campuses," says John X. Adiletta, CEO of Somerset. "We are very pleased with the kind of exposure this segment brings to college and university administrators, students, and parents, and general audiences in the Chicago and greater Illinois area."
