Sonic Drive-In's Largest Franchisee Group Begins Deployment of Mobivity's SmartReceipt POS Cloud Technology

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2015) - Mobivity Holdings Corp. (OTCQB: MFON), an award-winning provider of patented smart receipt marketing solutions and mobile marketing technologies, announced today that Mason-Harrison-Ratliff Enterprises ("MHR"), Sonic's largest franchisee group with multiple owners operating 275 Sonic locations, has deployed Mobivity's patented SmartReceipt technology at various Dallas area locations and is planning additional deployments in Mississippi and Florida.

Mobivity's cloud-based SaaS solution will allow MHR to transform traditional Sonic retail sales receipts into engaging "smart" receipts with coupons, special offers or third party advertisements printed at the bottom of receipts. Additionally, Smart Receipt provides cloud-based storage of transactional information and will allow MHR to have real time access to detailed sales data with ability to implement data analytics to improve and optimize revenue performance.

MHR and Mobivity will be leveraging SmartReceipt's data analytics to develop and optimize MHR's SMS text marketing campaigns and other digital programs.

Additionally, SMS text marketing campaigns were executed in conjunction with purchase data generated from SmartReceipt's receipt intercept technology, resulting in incremental revenue gains of more than 28%.
