Sonoma College Announces Retirement of Chief Financial Officer

PETALUMA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 1, 2006 -- Sonoma College, Inc. (OTCBB: SNMA) announces the retirement of David H. Weaver, Ph.D.

David H. Weaver, Ph.D. announced his retirement as chief financial officer effective December 1, 2006. Dr. Weaver, who has been in the education and publishing business for over 40 years, will retain his seat on the Board of Directors and will assist in advising on educational and compliance issues.
