Sonoma College Promotes Chief Academic Officer

PETALUMA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 5, 2006 -- Sonoma College, Inc. (OTCBB: SNMA) announces the promotion of the Chief Academic Officer to Campus President and Chief Academic Officer effective December 1, 2006.

Tricia Devin, Ed.D./Ph.D., has been named Campus President and Chief Academic Officer. Dr. Devin joined Sonoma College in January 2006. She is highly recognized for her expertise in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Project Development, Strategic Planning, Institutional Effectiveness, Curriculum Development, Research and University and College accreditation.

Prior to joining Sonoma, Dr. Devin has served as Provost of Academic Affairs, Dean of Graduate Program for Business and Management, Dean of Nursing-Online, Faculty Advisor and Online Instructor for Bachelor, Master and Doctoral programs for 15 years.

Throughout her career Dr. Devin was appointed to several University cabinet positions, Alpha Beta Gamma-2004, National Training Bureau and Faculty of the Year. She continues to serve as a mentor for doctoral students in business and management. Dr. Devin has an Ed.D. from Pepperdine University, post doctoral Ph.D. from International University/Polytechnic University of Berlin, a M.A.P.A: Public Administration B.A. from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California and C.C.R.N. from University of Edmonton, Canada.
