Sony, AMAG, ImageWare, Identiv, and StrikeForce Discuss Security Solutions in SecuritySolutionsWatch.com Interviews

RYE BROOK, NY--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2015) - Sony Corporation (NYSE: SNE); ImageWare Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: IWSY); Identiv (NASDAQ: INVE), StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: SFORD)

SONY Electronics, Security Systems Division

Mr. Kenichi (Kevin) Mori, Director, Security Systems Division, Sony Electronics, told us, "Security is critical in the sports venue market, especially considering how many people attend a given event. Stadiums present several different needs and challenges, as they can be well lit during the day, allowing you to see detail easily across the stadium, but at night, the needs are different, so they need to be equipped with a range of cameras. Sony managed the A/V system installation at Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers. The project included hundreds of security cameras, installed throughout the stadium, practice facility, workout facility, parking lot and retail space to help safeguard players, fans, employees and vendors. Additionally, in both 2013 and 2014 Sony's IP cameras were used to secure and provide situational awareness for runners and spectators at the world's biggest marathon, the New York City Marathon. Safety and security at large scale events, like a marathon, have become a top priority and we have a wide range of cameras to support these needs from dome, bullet, 360 degree and pan-tilt-zoom. We supported the marathon with more than 50Sony security cameras along the final leg of the route and at the finish line. Finally, hundreds of state-of-the-art Sony security cameras were in place during the FIFA World Cup in Brazil this summer. Sony was chosen for a variety of reasons, including its international scope, track record of success, previous work in stadium settings, as well as the seamless integration into Minas Arena's current CCTV infrastructure.

ImageWare Systems, Inc.

ImageWare Will Combine Technologies With TransUnion to Offer Biometric Authentication for Fraud Prevention

ImageWare Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: IWSY) (ImageWare), a leader in mobile and cloud-based, multi-modal biometric identity management solutions, recently announced a new alliance with TransUnion. The alliance integrates TransUnion's ID Manager solution with ImageWare's out-of-band biometric authentication product, GoVerifyID™, allowing ImageWare to deliver advanced fraud-prevention capabilities to organizations. The relationship also helps accelerate consumer adoption of biometric authentication.

Biometric authentications, which include voice, eye, signature, fingerprint and facial recognition, provide an additional layer of fraud defense to TransUnion's and ImageWare's customers. Through the relationship, consumer identities will be thoroughly analyzed using both biometric signatures and the TransUnion ID Manager platform. Both TransUnion and ImageWare customers will benefit from new seamless access to these fraud prevention tools.

"In the past 12 months, the scope and frequency of data breaches have placed a growing burden on U.S. consumers who are often frustrated with inadequate, excessive or ineffective responses to compromised data," said Jeff Brown, vice president of identity risk solutions at TransUnion. "Through our relationship with ImageWare, we can offer customers an added level of fraud defense that helps them quickly establish a trusted relationship with consumers."

Identity verification tools help organizations verify and ensure the correct customer is accessing information or accounts, which reduces risk exposure and potential loss. With biometric authentications, organizations can ensure they are integrating advanced fraud-prevention capabilities, while gaining additional consumer trust in their security procedures.

"Biometrics are the key to effective and seamless security in mobile channels," said Jim Miller, chairman and CEO of ImageWare. "TransUnion has a record of innovation in fraud solutions for businesses and consumers. This integration with the TransUnion ID Manager platform allows us to quickly enroll users while enhancing the security of a rapidly-growing technology to the benefit of both of our customers." ImageWare Systems Debuts Biometrics-as-a-Service Identity Authentication Solution Combined With FUJITSU Retail Solution Market Place

GoVerifyID™ software application will be demonstrated within an omni-channel workflow transacting with the FUJITSU Retail Solution Market Place. The demo, with GoVerifyID identity authentication running on the FUJITSU Cloud IaaS Trusted Public S5, will be shown at next week's Fujitsu Forum in Munich, Germany.

FUJITSU Retail Solution Market Place is an omni-channel Point of Service (PoS) application that allows retailers to significantly simplify and enhance the customer shopping experience and increase revenue while reducing IT costs. FUJITSU Market Place achieves this by supporting enterprise-wide transaction and order fulfillment to deliver a consistent and seamless buying experience to customers across traditional point of service, online and mobile channels.

FUJITSU Market Place breaks down the barrier between orders and in-store shopping by combining both in a single transaction. For customers, this means consistent pricing, promotions and customer experience whether online, in-store or using a mobile device. Combined with the IWS Identity Authentication Solution, retailers and customers can be more secure in their transaction processing, ensuring that the person attempting the transaction has been authenticated and verified. The result is a lower risk of transaction fraud, whether online or in a physical retail store.

"We are very pleased to demonstrate ImageWare Systems' Biometrics-as-a-Service Identity Authentication Solution at Fujitsu Forum in Munich," stated Rowan Cape, director of Global Retail Software Solutions at Fujitsu America, Inc. "Adding IWS's fast and powerful biometric authentication to transaction processing elevates the level of trust that can be established between retailers and their customers, minimizing the overall risk of fraud from the entire retail operation."

The IWS GoVerifyID identity authentication solution, in addition to being algorithm and hardware agnostic, enables plug-n-play technology and can be deployed globally as an enterprise end-to-end or modular solution that can be implemented in a matter of hours rather than days or weeks. GoVerifyID, which is a part of the GoCloudID platform that includes a software development kit (SDK), enables rapid integration into existing company programs and applications.

"Through our partnership with Fujitsu and their global omni-channel commerce solution, FUJITSU Market Place, the demonstration shows we can bring convenience and biometric-based security to retailing and 'e-tailing' via the omni-channel functions that Fujitsu Market Place addresses, improving customer service and overall enterprise efficiency," says Jim Miller, Chairman and CEO of ImageWare. StrikeForce Technologies Releases GuardedID Version 4 of Its Keystroke Encryption Technology

Over $1Billion Dollars in Data Breaches Could Have Been Prevented

StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (SFORD), a company that specializes in Cyber Security solutions for the prevention of Identity Theft and Data Breaches, recently announced the release of GuardedID ® v4 of its multi-patented (8,566,608, & 8,732,483) Anti-Keylogging Keystroke Encryption technology.

"Data breaches are skyrocketing out of control, and the fact is that the majority of them were preventable," says Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce. "In just the last two years companies like Target, Home Depot, JP Morgan Chase, Michaels, Neiman Marcus and CitiBank all had data breaches that could have been thwarted by our GuardedID Anti-Keylogging Keystroke Encryption technology. Just last week, over 100 banks throughout Europe fell victim to a sophisticated cyber-attack that was estimated to net the hackers over $1Billion dollars. The malware tool that the hackers relied on in that breach was a keylogger, which GuardedID prevents."

Keyloggers are a type of malware with a single purpose, steal everything typed onto a keyboard (i.e. usernames, passwords, social security numbers, credit card numbers and confidential, sensitive information). The viruses and trojans that the hackers use to deliver the keyloggers are designed to automatically avoid detection from all Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware programs, which is why every individual and company needs GuardedID.

"Our GuardedID Keystroke Encryption technology was designed to take a very different approach to protect an individual or corporate user, instead of trying to stop the malware from getting on your computer, GuardedID proactively encrypts each and every keystroke in real time, not giving the keylogging malware access to your keystrokes. We now have a number of deals with GuardedID rolled out over the next couple of months, which will greatly increase our revenues. Stay tuned," says Kay.

Our GuardedID v4 now comes in a "Standard" and "Premium" version, the Standard version now protects all five browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari & Opera), while our Premium version protects the same five browsers as well as all other programs on your computer (i.e. MS Office, VPN clients, IM clients, tax and accounting programs, etc).
