BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Oct 15, 2013) - Sophos announced today the appointment of Mary Winfield as Senior Vice President, Global Technical Services. Winfield will be based in the company's Silicon Valley office and will report to Sophos CEO Kris Hagerman.
Winfield joins Sophos from Intuit, after a successful 11-year tenure focused on delivering superior customer care and customer experience for consumers and small and mid-market businesses. Serving in a variety of customer-facing leadership roles at Intuit, most recently as vice president of customer care for the Intuit Small Business Division, Winfield developed and executed strategies that maximized customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention.
