SOS Publishes Case Study: Chapa De Upgrades for the Future

SACRAMENTO, CA--(Marketwire - September 6, 2007) - SOS has published a new case study on upgrading the phone system of Chapa De Indian Health Program Inc. The Auburn-based program wanted to replace its 15-year-old phone system and acquire its own integrated network for voice and data.
