Southern ITS International, Inc. Is Announcing That It Has Bought Back 4 Million Free Trading Shares

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jul 15, 2014) - Southern ITS International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SITS) announced today that it bought back 4 million free trading shares. SITS returns the shares to the treasury reducing the float from 146,816,982 to 142,816,982. At this time SITS will not acquire additional free trading shares. 

On the business development side SITS remains optimistic about its business development and did a third contract for Evitts Resort, LLC in Maryland for the installation of cameras and audio equipment in their new expansion, including a new pro shop for the golf course and parking area.
