Southern Oil Prides Itself on Being Able to Provide Healthy, Edible Oils to Improve Its Customers' Well-Being

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 16, 2011) - "We sell unique goods in the oils market and assist with lowering saturated fat for our customers as well as offering a product high in Vitamin E," says Kellie Becker, Managing Director, Southern Oil (SOILL). Due to canola oil's various benefits, SOILL has built up strong relationships with health associations.

"We have a good relationship with the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA). They endorse our products and we work with them closely. We helped sponsor some testing equipment for breast cancer which they are now using. We also work with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of South Africa," notes Becker.

SOILL's B-Well Canola Oil is the only oil sold in South Africa that is endorsed by CANSA, as it is 100 percent GM free and is high in Omega 3. Canola oil also carries the Heart and Stroke Foundation's 'Heart Mark' due to its low saturated fat content of just seven percent.

SOILL's range of products can be found in nearly all of South Africa's major retail stores including Woolworths, Pick & Pay, and Spar. The company also works closely with refiners including Continental and Epic and deals with international brands like Unilever and Nestle. "We have a sales manager who deals with key accounts, but I am also personally involved where necessary," cites SOILL's Managing Director.
