Spacelabs Healthcare Creates Voyager to Lead the Way in 12-Lead ECG Testing

ISSAQUAH, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 23, 2007 -- Spacelabs Healthcare (LSE: SLAB) will launch Voyager, a full line of advanced 12-lead resting ECG systems, at the opening of the American College of Cardiology's (ACC) 56th Annual Scientific Session in New Orleans, March 24, 2007.

Feature enriched, compact, lightweight and affordable, the Voyager 12-lead ECG line is designed to suit the specific requirements of physician offices as well as high volume ECG environments. Every model incorporates high quality 12-lead technology, intuitive design, and advanced touch screen control combined with dedicated keys.

"Voyager embodies our commitment to connecting innovation with care by offering flexibility, ease of use, speed and quality in 12-lead ECG acquisition, interpretation and analysis," said Gary Grenter, President EMEA and responsible for the Global Diagnostic Cardiology Group.

Voyager 12Ci, a high-end ECG system, supports optimal workflow in high volume ECG environments. The system acquires, interprets and stores up to 120 ECG records. It also prints and sends diagnostic ECG reports to Spacelabs' Sentinel Cardiology Management System. The large, color touch screen displays patients' real time 12-lead ECG in high resolution to help ensure quality.
