Spark Networks(R) Announces Departure of Greg Liberman as President and CEO

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 11, 2014) - Spark Networks, Inc. (NYSE MKT: LOV), a leader in creating niche-focused brands that build and strengthen the communities they serve, today announced the departure of President & Chief Executive Officer, Greg Liberman, effective today. The Company also announced that it will immediately begin the process to identify a successor and Michael McConnell, the Company's Chairman of the Board, will serve as Executive Chairman during the transition period.
