Spawnpoint and Endavo Launch New Media4Gamers Service With Improved Functionality and New Content Partners

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 6, 2006 -- Integrated Media Holdings (OTCBB: IMHI) announced today that its subsidiary, Endavo Media and Communications, Inc., has partnered with PHXX, the creator of Spawnpoint, to upgrade the Media4Gamers video portal to the EnHance 2.0 platform. Endavo has also partnered with various content owners to supply high-quality video entertainment to the Media4Gamers service. This collaboration is aimed to benefit the millions of online gamers that play multiplayer, first-person-shooter video games hosted by Spawnpoint, including "Half-Life 2" and "Battlefield 2," by making available a continuous fresh supply of on-demand entertainment and gaming content through the mega-portal.

Online gamers who join the upgraded Media4Gamers (M4G) broadband video service will now have on-demand access to hip-hop videos from BME Recordings, extreme sports videos from PlanetX/XimaTV, urban content from XS Megazine, Spanish language videos from Ahora Musica, as well as game trailers and self-produced, "point-of-view" gamer videos from Spawnpoint. All media is delivered to registered M4G members through Endavo's Media Manager in full-screen, DVD quality.

The launch of the new Media4Gamers is part of Endavo's ongoing rollout of broadband video services for specialized and niche markets using various content delivery platforms, such as EnHance 2.0. Media4Gamers is one of the first interactive broadband video portals using managed P2P to deliver high-quality, relevant content to the online gamer market.

Of the 1.2 million registered users of Spawnpoint, 1,500 are online at any given time playing the popular "Half-Life 2" and "Battlefield 2." Users can join the M4G On-Demand service by going to www.media4gamers.com and clicking on the "Join Now" button. Upon completing installation, members are able to manage video deliveries to their PC, TV, portable media devices; view individual videos on-demand and interact with advertising and other media. All delivered videos will be played in full screen, DVD quality with no wait time, buffering or stuttering.
