Speakers Announced for Government IT Sales Summit

New York Times Best-Selling Author and TED Speaker to Deliver Keynote Address

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - October 21, 2014) - immixGroup, Inc., announced today the speaker list for its inaugural Government IT Sales Summit, taking place on Thursday, November 20, at the McLean Hilton. It includes a powerful roster of government IT experts who will cover issues and trends affecting government agencies and technology companies that do business with the public sector. Steven Johnson, New York Times best-selling author, will deliver the keynote address based on the ground-breaking innovations and the power of ideas chronicled in his newly released book, How We Got to Now: Six Innovations That Have Made the Modern World. Johnson has appeared as a guest on The Daily Show and is an influential TED speaker. His book, which debuted at number four on the New York Times Best Sellers list, was made into a six-part television miniseries which premiered on PBS and BBC on Wednesday, October 15.
