  • Joseph B. Nelson, CPA, CFE, CFF, CVA, is a partner in the Litigation and Corporate Financial Advisory Services Group at MP&S. He provides comprehensive litigation consulting services encompassing the areas of complex fraud investigations, forensic accounting examinations, assistance with complex damage analyses, resolution to intellectual property and commercial disputes, and the application of GAAP and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Mr. Nelson has served as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI.
  • Anna Zubets, CPA is a Senior Manager in the Litigation and Corporate Financial Advisory Group at MP&S. She has over 10 years of experience in public accounting, securities litigation, accounting education, and IFRS and U.S. GAAP consulting. Ms. Zubets advises on complex accounting and auditing issues arising in securities fraud cases and has worked on several high-profile class-action lawsuits.
