Spectrum Gaming Group Announces Hiring of Vice President, Business Development -- Latin America


MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Nov 4, 2011) - Spectrum Gaming Group, responding to the growing global demand for its independent research and professional services, today announced the hiring of Francisco Nolla to fill the newly created position of Vice President, Business Development for Latin America, based in Miami, Florida.

Francisco "Paco" Nolla holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Inter-American University in Puerto Rico and Bachelor Degree in Economic Science from the University of Puerto Rico. He has extensive experience in management, development, regulation, licensing, and consulting in the gaming, hospitality, entertainment, cruise ports and tourism industries.

Nolla began his regulatory career by serving as Director of the Gaming Department of the Government of Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the government agency that controls and enforces all casino gaming activities. He also served as consultant for the Casino Control Commissions of Panama and The Dominican Republic.

He has advised the casino industry and examined the legal, operational, licensing and law enforcement aspects of casino gaming throughout Latin America, including Argentina, Aruba, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Panamá, Perú, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela.
