NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Feb 4, 2013) -  Spectrum Gaming Group today launched a comprehensive advisory and financial services firm in partnership with prominent investment banker Robert Heller.

Spectrum Gaming Capital ("SGC") will provide senior-level support globally to gaming industry developers, operators and investors on a highly tailored and cost-effective basis, as well as comprehensive mid-market investment banking services. Heller previously served as Managing Director, Head of Americas Gaming & Leisure, at UBS Investment Bank, where he coordinated UBS's gaming efforts globally. He has spent almost his entire career in gaming, lodging and leisure finance, including as Managing Director and gaming group head at Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns, as well as at Salomon Brothers. Heller ran his own boutique firm for eight years, during which time he also acted as founding president and CFO for Baha Mar Resorts Ltd. in organizing and financing the startup of the $3 billion Baha Mar resort currently under construction in Nassau, Bahamas. Heller began his career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a former member of the board of directors of the American Gaming Association.
