TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 24, 2016) - Spectrum Health Care (Spectrum) has entered into an agreement with Sienna Senior Living to acquire the assets of its home health care division, Preferred Health Care Services. Preferred Health Care Services has been a trusted provider of community care throughout Ontario for over 25 years. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary and negotiated closing conditions.
