Spectrum-i Acquires NFC Worldwide Solutions in Merger of Leading Global Due-Diligence Service Providers

HORSHAM, PA--(Marketwired - Aug 17, 2016) - Spectrum-i, LLC, a leading provider of due-diligence services, has acquired another leading provider of due diligence services, NFC Worldwide Solutions, LLC known throughout the world as NFC Global.

Both Spectrum-i (www.spectrum-i.net) and NFC Global (www.nfcglobal.com) serve clients domestically and internationally, specializing in independent, impartial third-party research and analysis on both individuals and entities. Clients around the world rely on their services for fraud prevention/detection, risk mitigation, "know your customer" (KYC), anti-money-laundering, and regulatory compliance. With an emphasis on human intelligence for interpreting and analyzing data, their research identifies red flags and potential areas of concern for further consideration.

The combined entity will maintain the NFC brand, with its headquarters located in Horsham, PA. A comprehensive branding strategy, including a redesigned website and logo, will be implemented in coming months. 

Spectrum-i (an affiliate of Spectrum Gaming Group, based in Linwood, NJ) has focused primarily on due diligence related to governmental and gaming industry clients since its inception. NFC Global, celebrating its 34th year, expands the focus of the combined company to include the banking, insurance, legal and energy industries.

Kisby later became Unit Supervisor of the Casino Intelligence Unit as well as the New Jersey State Police South Unit, for which he testified before the President's Commission on Organized Crime. Kisby also more than 20 years' experience working for private-sector clients and governments in over 42 countries conducting due diligence investigations, developing anti-money-laundering solutions, and consulting on regulatory matters.
