Both Spectrum-i (www.spectrum-i.net) and NFC Global (www.nfcglobal.com) serve clients domestically and internationally, specializing in independent, impartial third-party research and analysis on both individuals and entities. Clients around the world rely on their services for fraud prevention/detection, risk mitigation, "know your customer" (KYC), anti-money-laundering, and regulatory compliance. The combined entity will maintain the NFC brand, with its headquarters located in Horsham, PA. A comprehensive branding strategy, including a redesigned website and logo, will be implemented in coming months.

Kisby also more than 20 years' experience working for private-sector clients and governments in over 42 countries conducting due diligence investigations, developing anti-money-laundering solutions, and consulting on regulatory matters.
