Aurix Announces Market Availability of Its Innovative Contact Centre Product: Cloud Based Analyst

Cloud Based Analyst (CBA) is an innovative software solution from speech experts Aurix that has put speech analytics "in the cloud", allowing the scalability, flexibility and ease of use needed to gain real business intelligence from call recordings.

Straight out of the box, managers can start to analyse calls and create customised reports without any specialised analyst knowledge.

The desktop interface has been designed to be as simple as possible, allowing users to slice and dice the data as they see fit. Reports can be created right down to agent level, so you can identify, for example, problematic areas of calls, or which agents are worst in terms of compliance. 

You can even upload data from customer surveys, allowing you to compare what your customers think with what your agents are saying.

Dashboards can be created with a different mixture of reports according to each manager's specific requirements. This allows departments such as marketing and sales to see the impact of their activity in driving customer behaviour.

The development of the software in the cloud means CBA is infinitely more flexible and scalable than traditional systems and can be implemented and maintained at a fraction of the cost.

Officially launched in September last year, Aurix has now formally announced CBA's availability for purchase.
