Spencers Solicitors Appoints Solicitor Responsible for Winning One of the Largest Police Compensation Payments

LEEDS, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - June 17, 2013) - Spencers Solicitors has appointed Emma Melia née Hodson as a senior solicitor leading a major injury team.

Emma joins Spencers to continue representing catastrophically injured people. One of the largest damages awards Emma has achieved was for over £2.8 million for a police officer serving in the North West Regional Crime Squad in Donachie v Greater Manchester Police (2004EWCACiv405).

Emma will handle a range of maximum severity cases at Spencers Solicitors.
