SPG Solar Names Doug May as New CEO

Energy Veteran Brings Track Record of Success With Solar Products and Services

NOVATO, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 21, 2012) - SPG Solar, a leading provider of commercial solar power products and services, today announced the appointment of Doug May as CEO.

For the past nine years, May has been at the forefront of accelerating cost reductions and product innovation in the solar industry.

May brings more than 30 years of experience both domestically and internationally in high tech and renewable energy. Most recently, May was President and CEO of Unirac, and prior to that he was VP of Worldwide Sales, Service and Marketing at Xantrex, a leader in the renewable energy, consumer electronics and power products markets.
