                     Sphere appoints Medical Advisory Board

Sphere Medical Holding Limited ('Sphere Medical' or 'Sphere'), the developer of
next generation critical care monitoring systems, is pleased to announce that it
has appointed its Medical Advisory Board.

Sphere's Medical Advisory Board will be chaired by Dr John Ulatowski, Director,
Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, The Mark C. Rogers Professor,
Anesthesiology, Neurology & Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Medicine.  Joining him
will be Dr Peter Glass, Professor and Chairman of Anesthesia at SUNY, Stony
Brook and Dr Tom Clutton-Brock, Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department
Anaesthesia & Intensive Care at The University of Birmingham Medical School and
Associate Medical Director at the University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation

The Medical Advisory Board will be instrumental in guiding Sphere's clinical
programme to understand and address clinical needs. The Company's first product,
the Proxima system, will enable healthcare professionals to monitor a panel of
critical blood parameters on patients in the intensive care unit and operating
