SPHM Provides Housing and Employee Retention Solutions in Southeast U.S.

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 10, 2006 -- Spotlight Homes, Inc. (OTC: SPHM) has been working aggressively to implement its affordable housing solution for families in the Southeast United States. Spotlight Homes, in association with the Texas Workforce Commission, will join forces to host a mini job fair at the Texas Workforce Commission office in Houston the first week of February.

The Texas Workforce Commission and Spotlight Homes, Inc. co-host the mini job fair as part of Spotlight Homes' staffing, relocation and employee retention program. Spotlight will build homes and act as a relocation liaison for several Fortune 500 corporations in the areas affected by last year's hurricanes in the Southeastern United States.

Large corporations continue to lose millions of dollars per day due to lack of available housing for employees around plant sites in the Southeast United States in the aftermath of hurricanes Rita and Katrina. Fickle news reporting has moved to other pressing events, yet the need remains urgent in this area. Thousands of individuals along the Texas and Louisiana border are in need of an immediate housing solution while large companies are in need of immediate employee solutions. Spotlight Homes is proud to offer a solution.

Spotlight Homes' customers will receive housing, financing and assistance in all facets of new home ownership.

Spotlight Homes was founded to develop resources to provide highly credible research, evaluation, design, education, and information assistance to make new construction and manufactured housing affordable for American families.
