SPi Offers Web-Based Hosting With iCONECT

Documents Collected and Processed by SPi Can Now Be Loaded Directly to an iCONECTnxt Repository for Review, Production and Management

AUSTIN, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 29, 2007 -- SPi, a leading provider of electronic discovery and document coding services to law firms and corporations announced today that they will host iCONECTnxt for their client projects.

"SPi has long been a market leader in document processing and review for litigation support, regulatory compliance and mergers and acquisition," said Ian Campbell, Chief Operating Officer of iCONECT Development, LLC. "We are pleased to help them enhance their services with our online document repository." Documents collected and processed by SPi will feed right into iCONECTnxt, providing a platform for review, production, and case management information.

iCONECTnxt hosts documents in their native format, as converted TIFF files with extracted text and metadata, or as paper-based TIFF files. iCONECTnxt hosting provides SPi's clients with:

-- Secure web-based access to the repository. Any authorized member of
the legal team has access to any document at any time from anywhere.
-- Nine levels of security including AuthentiX WebQuota -- the same
system major banks use for online banking. Clients can be comfortable that
their documents are safe, secure and only accessible to them.
-- A highly intuitive user interface, requiring little local support and
    training.
-- An Oracle database platform that is designed to host millions of
records of electronic or image-based materials.

"We are confident that iCONECTnxt is an excellent fit for many of our clients. Not only is it popular with attorneys, many of whom find the interface familiar, but it also gives our clients easy access to their production documents, in a variety of file formats," said Charles Otto, SPi Legal's Vice President, Sales.

Adding the iCONECT capability rounds out SPi's service offering. "Our clients have reported that they'd prefer to rely on SPi to manage all stages of e-discovery," added Otto. "Our alliance with iCONECT helps them do that."
