RENO, NV--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2013) - KGM, the holder of several gaming licenses throughout the USA and Canada, announced today the signing of a letter of intent with Spin Games LLC. The letter of intent provides for a definitive agreement for the licensing of game content and interactive technology for regulated markets throughout the United States and Canada.
Spin Games will license to KGM a portfolio of interactive content, including slots, bingo, keno, video poker and table games, along with their interactive gaming technology for use within KGM's licensed regulated interactive markets. The content and technology will be available for both desktop and mobile applications.
"We're extremely excited about the opportunity this presents," said Howard Weiss President of KGM. "Being a licensee entrenched in jurisdictions currently approved for online gaming, the relationship with Spin Games allows a 'quick to market' interactive strategy, where KGM may utilize Spin Games' technology and content already being implemented outside of the United States," said Mr. Weiss.
"We're delighted to be partnering with KGM, and believe our relationship will provide great value to operators within regulated gaming markets, allowing an alternative stream of content than is currently being offered from traditional sources," said Kent Young, President of Spin Games LLC. "It's our intention to be one of the first companies to take advantage of the new interactive regulations in the USA, and this letter of intent is certainly a step in that direction," said Mr. Young.
KGM Gaming, based in Philadelphia with offices in New Jersey, has quickly become the supplier of choice to the gaming industry. In 2005 the company started out as the exclusive distributor of Aristocrat Technologies slot machines in Pennsylvania. In addition to servicing their slot machines in PA, KGM began to supply additional products such as slot bases, slot seating, signage, graphics and more to the newly licensed PA properties. During this time KGM earned the reputation as a premium gaming supplier with the resources necessary to enable a casino to open on time with the highest quality products.
In 2007 KGM expanded its operations and sales force while at the same time securing long term agreements with its manufacturing partners including Ainsworth Game Technologies. The company also did extensive R&D and competitor analysis in order to provide the highest quality products at the most competitive price. At this time KGM also began to expand its installation and service capabilities in order to support its growing library of products. KGM Gaming has successfully installed their products in most major markets throughout North America and the Caribbean.
The company is currently expanding its sales force in all major gaming markets in preparation of launching a variety of exciting new gaming products soon to be announced. With an experienced management team in place and the ability to package and bundle multiple products clients will enjoy a true one stop shopping experience with a dynamic company that has earned the tagline "We're Everything Casino."
