SpireLine Systems™ Announces New Service Offering From the FormStream™ Mobile Field Reporting Platform

Police Agencies Invited to Participate in FormStream Online Service Beta Program

BOULDER, CO--(Marketwire - May 12, 2008) - SpireLine Systems, Inc.™, a provider of mobile interoperability and mobile business process management solutions for the public safety industry, today announced the beta release of FormStream™ Online, an on-demand mobile field reporting service. Law enforcement agencies, regardless of size or technological infrastructure, can use FormStream Online to automate the data collection and data accessibility of field reports such as citation or incident reports.

FormStream Online is a comprehensive service that typically requires no additional hardware, software or technical support. With FormStream Online, officers complete and process intelligent, form-based reports while in the field or at the office. Electronic online reports speed the completion process, validate data entries, and minimize entry errors. In addition, the service provides back-end reporting to meet state and federal mandated requirements. FormStream Online establishes a virtual mobile office, which increases the time officers can be in the field and most importantly provides access to timely data, ultimately facilitating officer safety.

FormStream Online is an expansion of SpireLine's industry recognized FormStream™ Mobile Field Reporting platform which has served thousands of officers reliably since 2002. The FormStream platform is characterized by easy-to-use form-based reports, in-field approval process and a sound technical infrastructure emphasizing interoperability, standards and advanced mobility. FormStream Online is ideal for small-to-mid-sized agencies that cannot traditionally implement new software technologies due to cost or lack of technical resources. With FormStream Online, agencies do not need to have Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management System or IT Staff to benefit from mobile field reporting and online data access. Agencies of any size can begin to collect, manage and share their field report data.
