SpireLine Systems Names Mark Gergen as Chief Executive Officer

Mark Gergen Brings Strong Technical and Business Leadership to SpireLine

BOULDER, CO--(Marketwire - February 26, 2008) - SpireLine Systems, Inc., a provider of mobile interoperability and mobile business process management solutions for the public safety industry, announced today that Mark Gergen has been named as Chief Executive Officer. Gergen has over thirty years of experience in management including information technology and software engineering. This assignment reinforces SpireLine's mission to deliver market-forward technologies in the fields of mobility, interoperability and business process management.

Under Gergen, Patron was able to deliver long-standing product requirements and fulfill deployment objectives resulting in the company's largest number of successful product deployments in its history. Currently Gergen is actively involved in reshaping the FormStream product to be in alignment with the industry's need for mobile business process tools that facilitate interoperability and data sharing.
