Spot Mobile International, Ltd. Launches Products in Six U.S. States Through Its U.S. Distribution Partners

Products Now Available in Select Locations Throughout Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and California

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - April 5, 2011) - Spot Mobile International Ltd. ("Spot Mobile") (PINKSHEETS: RPID), a mobile virtual network operator offering prepaid wireless service, today announced that it has launched its Spot Mobile prepaid wireless phone products in six U.S. states through its two U.S. distribution partners. Spot Mobile's products are now available in a variety of retail outlets located throughout Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and California. Management expects to continue to a progressive product rollout over the coming months as it expands its distribution locations and moves into additional states.

Upon full deployment, the product launch in these states should add several thousand new retail outlets serviced by its two U.S. distributors to Spot Mobile's rapidly growing retail distribution base. These retail outlets include independent wireless stores, convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, kiosks and airports. Management plans a strategic deployment to additional outlets serviced by its distributors in the coming quarters, as Spot Mobile continues to focus on its targeted segments. The company plans to progressively build its U.S. customer base by providing nationwide prepaid talk, text and data services, and discounted direct dial international calling, supported by the AT&T and T-Mobile networks.
