WEST DES MOINES, IA--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2014) - Spotlight Innovation Inc. (OTCQB: STLT) announces today that effective December 16, 2014, Spotlight Innovation is replacing Securities Transfer Corporation as the transfer agent and registrar of the securities of the Company.
